Onigirazu, not Onigiri, which is a new style and new way of making (easy!) , seems to be popular.
There are so many YouTube videos of Onigirazu! Below is one of them. https://youtu.be/EdICNrqFUxc Just watching them makes me so hungry. I grew up with eating rice and rice balls every day in Japan. I remember my Mom made very tasty Onigiri with cooked beef, eggs, etc. for our lunch boxes. Whenever I remember the tasty lunch, I am so thankful to my parents to feed me and keep me healthy and energetic. The other day, I tried to cook Onigirazu at home by myself. However, I played around and tried to put whatever I wanted. I put too much rice and other ingredients. When I tried to eat and took it, they collapsed. I failed. At least, I started. I will make it better next time! I have been cooking “special omelets” for my husband’s lunch since he stopped eating carbohydrate. This omelet has been getting better to be customized for his taste, I think. He has been getting healthier, slimmer, and stronger. He himself has been working on transforming very well, but I believe my lunch has been also contributing to it :) Yesterday, we did a Zoom interview but found out the person had a different political stance from us at the beginning of the interview, because my boss asked him frankly.
It required more efforts for us to answer and to interpret for me. Generally I have seen enough scenes that lots of mainstream media tend to cherry-pick from whatever some people talk. People need to hear the whole story to understand what the person tries to talk. However, the media often picks up the parts they want to get and fabricate them to make stories at their convenience. The, the message ends up with a totally different one. These actions are very vicious. I have been very disappointed by media, especially many liberal media. Now I am kind of giving up them. I want to believe that the person yesterday was not such a kind and has a pride as a journalist. Still, we had to be very careful how to express and what to share. I got exhausted after one hour conversation. However, when I look back my career, whenever I had a tough work or challenging work, those are the ones which has boosted me up. Those challenging jobs have forced me to study more and get more knowledge. They maybe “opportunities” for us. 🌠God Bless America🌠 mikomagicalisland.weebly.com/ "Let us Get Back Democracy!" https://youtu.be/PB-iN_EOuu8 Telephone conferences continued till today, and I really needed to swim.
I drove to the ocean by having a bad feeling because I was driving there nearly noon. In the parking, I asked the couple who just came out of the water. “Was the shower working?” The couple told me in unison, “No.” It means no water, no flush toilets, and no shower. OK. I had to be ready. I walked down, and went into one of the portable toilets located near the ocean. “WOOO!” I jumped out from the one, and went into the another one. I managed this. I went into the shore and washed my hands by the sand and sea water. The beach was so crowded, so I expected this. (the box was so yacky already……) How come this very gorgeous and beautiful beach cannot afford a regular bathroom? The water pipes seem to have been kept breaking again and again. I do not know they stop the water intentionally so that people cannot gather around the shower or bathroom. If it is not, sanitary wise, they can do something. They were charging visitors for this state park before this pandemic happened. I don’t think people will mind paying a couple of bucks for having bathrooms, shower, and running water to wash off their sandy bodies and legs after swimming in the sea water. They can go to work straight after that. I hope the state can do something for this state beach where people refresh, amuse themselves, and stay healthy and happy. "Democracy is Fragile" mikomagicalisland.weebly.com/ One of the things I have been valuing in my life and always keeping in my mind is having “gratitude”.
It is the gratitude toward God, Heavenly Spirits, and all blessings I receive. When I fill my heart with gratitude toward everything I am given and have been given, I can see what I should do next clearly. When my mind gets filled with gratitude and joy, I can feel how much I have been given and blessed. Then, I see clear vision and work that I should do to reciprocate all those blessings. Gratitude gives us power and strength. I have just heard one of our family members in the main land is getting better from the cancer! He has been always in our prayer. I was so happy, and sent gratitude to the Heaven right away. Gratitude helps us make our pipes with our Guardian and Guiding Spirits clearer, stronger, and wider, I feel. Our country has been going down on the dangerous road.
Our democracy, national securities, and liberty has been under the threat. That could affect other freedom-loving countries. Our democratic election was stained deeply last year. Countless number of evidence has proved that our election was stolen. People who came upfront by taking a huge risks were not heard by the authorities. However, this country is not dead because American people are not that weak. We are resilient. We thrive on adversity. I see the vision that the golden phoenix is rising from ashes, unless We the People never give up. 🌠God Bless America🌠 mikomagicalisland.weebly.com/ |
