Messages from Big Island, Hawaii, in Japanese and English
Yesterday, we did a Zoom interview but found out the person had a different political stance from us at the beginning of the interview, because my boss asked him frankly.
It required more efforts for us to answer and to interpret for me. Generally I have seen enough scenes that lots of mainstream media tend to cherry-pick from whatever some people talk. People need to hear the whole story to understand what the person tries to talk. However, the media often picks up the parts they want to get and fabricate them to make stories at their convenience. The, the message ends up with a totally different one. These actions are very vicious. I have been very disappointed by media, especially many liberal media. Now I am kind of giving up them. I want to believe that the person yesterday was not such a kind and has a pride as a journalist. Still, we had to be very careful how to express and what to share. I got exhausted after one hour conversation. However, when I look back my career, whenever I had a tough work or challenging work, those are the ones which has boosted me up. Those challenging jobs have forced me to study more and get more knowledge. They maybe “opportunities” for us. 🌠God Bless America🌠 mikomagicalisland.weebly.com/ "Let us Get Back Democracy!" https://youtu.be/PB-iN_EOuu8 Comments are closed.
