Messages from Big Island, Hawaii, in Japanese and English
Sometime ago, I have heard that massaging the calves on the legs have been popular among Japanese people.
I thought, “it is a very good idea!” My husband is a very hard worker. He drives a lot. When he is exhausted, I try to find TSUBO (acupressure points), do some massages on his calves about 5 to 10 minutes. It seems to be helping good blood circulation all over his body. Then, he can sleep well. Then, I need to swim in the ocean or swimming pool next morning to release my stiff shoulders! When my husband does massages to me, he keeps hitting my TSUBO on the spot! Amazing. I think this kind of mutual massages by couples will keep us healthy a lot. Comments are closed.
