I found myself getting very stressed with stiff shoulders when I got up.
I drove to the ocean. Wow, what a beautiful feeling on the road! It was a very heavenly morning. I arrived in the beach. A beautiful bird was flying around the shower. The light and clear blue sky was drawn with white sleek clouds in front of me. Ocean was so calm and the blue color was gorgeous. I sighed in a sense of awe. I was walking down the slope. I first time saw a man doing a stand paddle on the surface of the water here in Hapuna Beach, which is known for choppy and wavy water. This morning was so special. The ocean allowed me to keep doing small lap along the coast. I was so healed and refreshed! When we feel heavy on your shoulders and necks with stiffness, it is hard for us to be positive and have a productive day. The ocean energy really refreshed me. I had a chat with guards there. One of the guard was the one who was doing the stand up paddling board. He said today was the first time for him to try it. He was practicing before winter comes. They try to include the paddling as one of the ways to rescue people for some cases to save their lives. Wow…… I was so curious. This beach have bumpy and sometimes violent waves especially in winter time. The rescuers are ready to save people’s lives in this wilderness. Comments are closed.
