“Born with Waves”
I could not swim the whole week last week. The waves were too choppy and sharp to me, so I gave up going into the water. I went to the swimming pool in the town, and it was closed…… I hate this pandemic! My shoulders got like a stone. On Sunday, I drove to the ocean, and found it a beautiful day! I got refreshed in the water. I was so happy. After playing in the water for a while, I started to walk along the beach. I was breathing the air, enjoying the scenery of mountains and skies. I was watching many people playing on the beach. It was full of “happy screaming” of kids. Many were playing with buggy boards. They were trying to be on the boards and be on the wave with them. However, it was not easy at all. That is why I heard lots of screaming. Then, I saw one small girl and maybe her Dad in the water ahead of me. I saw her being on the board sliding up on the wave toward the offshore. Wow. It looked so smooth and natural. I started to watch her. Then, she came back on the board on the wave toward the shore. Then, she stood on the board like surfing and was sliding on it until it stopped on the beach finally. I have never seen like this. When she stopped completely, I clapped my hands for her! She gave a cool smile. Her Dad seemed to be surprised what she did it, and looked very proud of her. Later, I told my husband about this, who was a surfer long time ago. He said, “she may be born with it.” Yes. She is born with waves. 🌠God Bless America🌠 mikomagicalisland.weebly.com/ Comments are closed.
