Below is one of the books I keep coming back and reading.
“The True Relationship Between the Mind and Body”. By Ryuho Okawa “In our life, tremendous abilities of ‘rebirth and recovery’ reside. Originally, human beings are endowed an ability to restore our bodies. However, almost all of them got lost in oblivion, and those ability is dormant. We find those examples in Mother Nature. The tails of lizards, even after they lose them, they grow again. Also, for crabs, even if they happen to have their long legs attached with scissors, they can regenerate them. Crabs NEED those legs because they defend themselves by the scissors and they also get food by them. They cannot survive without those scissors. Their legs with scissors have a very complicated structure, but they are endowed to regenerate them by God. When we human beings, who are much deeply loved by God, wish to “be healthy”, then, they should have those power to reproduce parts of their bodies. If we cannot do that anymore, it shows we are so much poisoned by materialism, and we believe 'we cannot do such a thing' ”. (translated by Y.W.) The books keep going much more…… These are not just theory. I have seen and heard so much real stories that people have experienced so called “miracles’. I just wrote about Kon and his wife yesterday. Kon is nearly 90 years old and looks being in a good shape, and is ready to keep working on till 100 years old!
I see that when we become healthy and gain muscles, we become healthier and stronger mentally as well, and have more positive minds. That will change everything in our life. It is critical for us to stay healthy, become more healthy and stronger to gain strong immunity system, especially now where virus is wondering around. Some weeks ago, my husband tried new thing for his health. That worked so bad to him. His body rejected. He felt sick and it even made his doo-doo green! He stopped right there. He said he tasted seaweed and fish. I thought, “Oh, it might work with me. I grew up with seaweed and fish!” I was right. This is called “Spirulina” Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Vegan, 3rd Party Tested. https://nutricost.com/products/nutricost-spirulina-powder We got the double-sized one of the above. It is a hard-core nutrition powder. It looks like “dye” material. It tasted something like fish or seaweed. But I knew it would work to me. I kept drinking every day. When about 2 weeks passed, I started to really feel good. I also try to swim in the ocean regularly. I try to move quickly in the house being conscious on using my muscles. However, the most important power source of our health and immune system is our “Faith” in God. Having faith and have a sense of “mission” are the power source, I am convinced. When we have a sense of mission where you want to contribute to the world to try to make this world a better place, you never get tired and feel power from inside. The other day, I was stunned to see one of the Japanese articles.
It was about Mr. Kon Omura, a very well-known and popular comedian in Japan. The picture of him and his wife together there surprised me knowing that he is 88 years old (almost 89 ) and his wife is 83 years old!! They both look so young, strong, healthy and happy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfRds_We3js&feature=youtu.be When Kon was just before turning to be 20 years old, he got lung tuberculosis he had his one lung removed. He was told by the doctor then, “you will not be able to live up to 40 years old”. “If my life span is limited”, he decided to jump into the comedy world. Then, he kept being so active on TV as a comedian. He has been loved by Japanese people by appearing TV commercials and others. I did not see him for a long time. Then, I saw the picture, and got stunned. This is a big hope for human beings. He started to go to RIZAP when he was 86 years old together with his wife, and started exercise and muscle training. He said it was a lie that “human body’s keep building the muscle until they die”, or “you can still train your muscles when you get old”. He said, “I will keep doing until 100 years old”. Of course, aged people need to be very careful to start this kind of things. You need a professional trainer. I checked the site of RIZAP. https://sg.rizap-global.com/ It said your personal trainer will tailor a program for your body type. Human bodies are amazing. When we get healthy and strong by daily exercise, we become more confident, more positive, and feel good! My husband has been getting muscle and becoming healthier thanks to his current work. (going stairs up and down every day) He looks younger, more confident, and happy! I am so happy to see that. I was taking a break on muscle training, that I was doing by myself at home for a while. Now I have been so inspired so much. I will start again. It has been very hectic in my work schedule.
We have just had a very meaningful interview with one of the most well-respected opinion leaders in the U.S. To prepare for this interview, I have read a lot about the person including some of his book, comments, tweets, and articles. I have watched many of his TV interview as well. When I prepare for any kinds of meetings and interviews, I often read articles and profile of those people as much as possible. Sometimes there are so much to read, and they all look very useful and important. I often end up feeling almost sick of reading any more! (even if I love to read.) The person whom my boss has just interviewed has amazingly deep and wide knowledge and deep insights. I really enjoy interpreting for conversation between my boss and many leaders in various fields. This work is very intelligently stimulating and inspiring. I have been encouraged and guided to the point where I want to keep digging and exploring about American and international politics and histories. Important meetings in my work have been happening one after another this month.
So much to read and prepare! When I prepare to interpret for the meetings or interviews, I read the person’s background, achievements, and messages. I read related articles of the person, and also watch YouTube videos and other media where they appear. Sometimes, I read the books authored by the persons. By learning about those persons, I come to learn historical backgrounds and political climates, which surrounded those people. We also deal with international matters. I have studying about Asian countries politics too. This is a very exciting work and gives me lots of brain training! |
